If you think you've heard all that music has to offer, this may come as a shock.

"Near Surface" are a Lebanese alternative rock band that have recently released their debut album "Crooked Landings", which was recorded in Paris and mastered in London. Prepare to be amazed as their music gives the alternative rock sound a whole new element that is integral and fresh, keeping you at the edge of your seat.

The members got together in 2009 as "Amy Smack Daddy", the leading cover band in the Lebanese music scene. They played regularly at local pubs and clubs, and quickly became the talk of the town. Their passion, originality, musical diversity, and tight performance captivated their audience, and bookings were made weeks, sometimes months in advance.

Through an abundance of musical tastes and backgrounds ranging from classical, to heavy metal, to hard rock, to grunge, and alternative, "Near Surface" show no boundaries with their writing ability and style. With the release of "Crooked Landings", the band intends to go on tour and play shows to as many people as possible.

We recommend catching the band at your earliest convenience. They're coming soon so look out!

Meanwhile make sure to grab a copy of their album at any Virgin Megastore in Lebanon and check out Near Surface in their latest video release performing “Now You’re here” Live at their album release party.
